Medicaid and CHIP Data Book

Ian Kreher

In past years MACPAC has published Medicaid and State Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) data in our semi-annual reports to Congress. This section, known as MACStats, has provided a comprehensive resource for a broad range of data on Medicaid and CHIP, which often can be difficult to find. Now MACPAC is making Medicaid and CHIP information even more accessible. Instead of publishing MACStats in two parts, we will publish tables and figures on the MACPAC website as soon as new data become available. At the end of each year, MACPAC will compile the most current Medicaid and CHIP program statistics in a standalone data book.
