PACHC Medical/Dental Integration Summit

This 1.5 day Summit, held by the PA Association of Community Health Centers, is being brought back by popular demand.  The Summit will look to provide an interprofessional approach to quality, and overall care or your patients and will allow the sharing of ideas and successful practices being done throughout the State as well as networking with your peers.  This is open to all staff working in the health center from medical to dental to behavioral health.  More information to come.
