Presenters explore how the clustering of diverse categories into one special populations heading can result in inadvertent results and may be unhelpful in addressing health care inequities. Participants are exposed to the voices of caregivers and individuals with disabilities to provide a view of the current state of the oral health system and the opportunities for new models. In addition, the implications and opportunities of dental business investing in inclusivity are discussed.
