PA Coalition for Oral Health welcomes all individuals and organizations who are interested in advancing our mission to improve oral health for all Pennsylvanians. You can express your support in several ways:

Join the Coalition

Stakeholders Wanted!  You will receive updates and invitations to participate in coalition meetings and activities. There is no fee to join the coalition, and you may unsubscribe from updates at any time.  Click here to have your name or organizational name added to our published stakeholder list, as well as subscribe to our newsletter and choose topics you are most interested in. You may also contact us with any questions or concerns in regards to the oral health movement in PA.

PCOH releases a weekly newsletter chronicling its activities and the activities of affiliates. Please feel free to download a copy, and join the PCOH email list for future newsletters!

PCOH works with local and regional oral health coalitions as well as managing various oral health workgroups: the Family Oral Health Collective (FOHC), the Medicaid Adult Dental Workgroup, the School Sealant Program Taskforce, and the Community Water Fluoridation (CWF) Statewide Water Action Team (SWAT). If you are interested in joining any of these groups or want more information, contact us.

Bryn Mawr

Event Details:

Harcum College is stepping up to promote oral health and wellness in the community with its upcoming Sealant Day, a day dedicated to providing free preventative dental care. The event, open to the public and the Harcum community, will take place on Monday, February 17, 2025, at the College’s Dental Clinic on Harcum’s campus at 750 Montgomery Avenue in Bryn Mawr.

Families are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to receive professional dental care, especially for their children ages 6-12, at no cost. Services offered include the application of
cavity-preventing sealants, oral exams, fluoride treatments, and guidance on maintaining good oral hygiene.

Appointments are available at 9:00 AM, 10:30 AM, and 1:00 PM. Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended. Families can secure their appointment by calling 610-526-6015 or emailing [email protected].

We’re excited to align with the Chicago Dental Society’s Midwinter Meeting in 2025 as we offer the Colloquium as an associated event! Colloquium attendees will receive a complimentary registration to the Midwinter Meeting exhibit hall. The Midwinter Meeting will be held at McCormick Place West in Chicago from February 20 to 22, 2025. Registration will open soon in November.

Punxsutawney

Event Details:

We will be in Punxsutawney, PA for a DENTAL ONLY clinic, February 21-22, 2025. We are currently reviewing locations for this event, and will send out that information as soon as it becomes available. Until then, Remote Area Medical and our Community Host Group kindly ask that you SAVE THE DATE! This dental only clinic is sure to be a rewarding experience for both volunteers and patients alike.   • Improving oral health for Pennsylvania’s most vulnerable populations
  • Advancing and advocating for oral health policy and infrastructure across all systems
  • Advocating for community water fluoridation
